Service Description

We recommend booking all contract review calls as soon as possible after receipt of the Contract of Sale from the Seller's attorney. Until there is a fully executed Contract, a Seller is free to accept other offers. Therefore, scheduling within one to two days of receipt of the Contract is preferable.
